The Board of Directors of BHS Industries Berhad (“BHS” or “Company”) wishes to announce that System Publishing House Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 November 2014 entered into a Master License Agreement (“Agreement”) with Green Patent Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“GPT or the “Proprietor”), a company which is 65% owned by Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat, a major shareholder of BHS for the grant of a master licence to use the inventions and designs owned by the Proprietor as licensor upon the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
