T he directors of BHS INDUSTRIES BERHAD state that, in the opinion of the directors, the accompanying
nancial statements are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1965 and
the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, the Approved Accounting Standards for Entities Otheran
Private Entities in Malaysia, so as to give a true and fair view of the nancial position of the Group and
of the Company as at 30 June 2015, and of their nancial performance and their cash £ows for the year
ended on that date.
e supplementary information set out inNote 36, which is not part of the nancial statements, is prepared
in all material respects, in accordance with Guidance on Special Matter No.1 “Determination of Realised
and Unrealised Pro ts or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Listing Requirements” as issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the directive of Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad.
