The Company wishes to inform that a wholly owned subsidiary company, BHS Resources Pte. Ltd. was incorporated on 2 April 2009 in Singapore with a total issued and paid-up capital of SGD2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of SGD1.00 each. The Certificate of Incorporation was received on 6 April 2009.
The object of the company is to carry on the business of an investment holding company.
The said incorporation would not have material effect on the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 30 June 2009.
None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company and persons connected with the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation. |
