The Board of Directors of BHS is pleased to announce that BHS Book Printing Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BHS had on 20 July 2009 entered into a sale and purchase agreement to dispose of a piece of leasehold industrial land to Sin Chee Heng Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM4,213,778.40 ("Proposed Disposal").
