The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad (“NGGB” or “The Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Granting of Options under ESOS to Directors of the Company at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened.

 

The Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
