Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 16 October 2018. Unless otherwise defined in the announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 16 October 2018.
The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad (“NGGB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has terminated the Investment Agreement with ACIF due to non-fulflment of the conditions precedent provided therein and the investment has not been materialised.
The termination of the Investment Agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
