We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 3 May 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
1) To state whether there was any investment that took place prior to the termination of the Investment Agreement. 2) To state the conditions precedent of the Investment Agreement that were not fulfilled, resulting its termination. 3) To sate any cost incurred by the Company from the Investment Agreement? 4) With the termination of the investment agreement, to state how is Company planning to fund its Green Technology Park.
