Multiple Proposals

(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 10 March 2021 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 10 March 2021, 1 April 2021 and 5 May 2021.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Proposals have been completed on 19 May 2021 following the issuance of 200 million RCPS amounting to a principal amount of RM10 million to the RCPS Subscribers.

A copy of the amended Constitution will be lodged to the Registrar of Companies in due course.
