Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 29 July 2021.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 August 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 37,000,000 new ordinary shares in Nextgreen to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement. The approval is subject to the following conditions:

(i)         Nextgreen and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement, including compliance with Paragraph 6.03(1) of the Listing Requirements;

(ii)         Nextgreen and TA Securities are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement; and

(iii)        Nextgreen and TA Securities are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed.
