Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 January 2021 in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement entered between Nextgreen and Dengkil Paper Mill Sdn. Bhd.

The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad (“Nextgreen” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Nextgreen has on 17 August 2021 acquired 1 ordinary share from Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat and further subscribed of 50 new ordinary shares at an issue price of RM1.00 per ordinary share, representing 51% equity interest in the enlarge issued share capital of Nextgreen Enviro Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201801040741 (1302772-H)](“Nextgreen Enviro” or “Investment”) for a total cash consideration of RM51.00 from its internal generated funds. Following this transaction, Nextgreen Enviro became a 51% owned subsidiary of Nextgreen.
