Reference is made to the letter dated 16 June 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) granted an automatic one-month extension of time ("1-month extension") for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 respectively.

The Board of Directors of Nextgreen wishes to inform that the Company would like to utilise the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“Quarterly Report”) and the Quarterly Report will be issued on or before 30 September 2021.
