Extension Of the Duration Of The Companys Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") ("EXTENSION")

The Board of Directors of Nextgreen wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to extend the duration of its existing ESOS, which is expiring on 21 December 2021, for another five (5) years from 22 December 2021 to 21 December 2026 in accordance with the Clause 20.3 of the ESOS By-Laws. The Extension is not subject to the approval of any regulatory authorities or the shareholders of the Company.

All existing outstanding ESOS options granted shall therefore be exercisable up to the extended period. The notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
