Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 28 February 2020 and 17 July 2020 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of Nextgreen wishes to inform that its associate company, Nextgreen Crowning Package Pulp Molding Sdn Bhd (“NGCP”) has completed the construction of its factory located at Nextgreen’s Green Technology Park (“GTP”) in Pekan, Pahang for the manufacturing of pulp moulding from empty fruit bunch. NGCP has commenced its trial production of the food-grade empty fruit bunch pulp moulding on 16 August 2023, whereby the manufacturing process is carried out in a clean room.
