Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 March 2024, 8 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 5 September 2024, 9 September 2024 and 11 September 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on even date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.89 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of 0.49% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 15 November 2024 of RM0.8944, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date. This announcement is dated 18 November 2024. |
