Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 March 2024, 8 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 5 September 2024, 9 September 2024, 11 September 2024, 18 November 2024, 3 February 2025, 6 March 2025, 19 March 2025 and 30 June 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on even date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.80 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of 4.57% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 2 September 2025 of RM0.8383, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date. This announcement is dated 3 September 2025. |
