New Issue Of Securities (Chapter 6 Of Listing Requirements) : Fund Raising

 Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 March 2024, 8 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 5 September 2024, 9 September 2024, 11 September 2024, 18 November 2024, 3 February 2025, 6 March 2025, 19 March 2025, 30 June 2025 and 3 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on even date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.80 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 3.74% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 10 September 2025 of RM0.8311, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
