New Issue Of Securities (Chapter 6 Of Listing Requirements) : Fund Raising

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 March 2024, 8 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 5 September 2024, 9 September 2024, 11 September 2024, 18 November 2024, 3 February 2025, 6 March 2025, 19 March 2025, 30 June 2025, 3 September 2025 and 11 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that a total of 97,672,000 Nextgreen Shares were issued under the Private Placement and the Company has decided not to place out the remaining 1,901,300 Placement Shares available for placement. As such, the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
