The Board of Directors of Nextgreen wishes to announce that Nextgreen Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. ("NGF"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 November 2025 entered into a Commercial Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") with DOA Integrated Farming Sdn. Bhd. ("DOA"). Pursuant to the Agreement, DOA is appointed as the non-exclusive distributor of NGF's organic fertilizer products, namely NexBooster™ and NexCompost® ("Products"), for sale and distribution within Raub, State of Pahang ("Territory"). (NGF and DOA shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party"). Please refer to the attachment for further details.
