The Board of Directors of BHS Industries Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders to amend the Company’s Articles of Association (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming annual general meeting (“AGM”). The Proposed Amendments is made to comply with the provisions of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Annual Report 2012 which will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
