The Board of Directors of BHS Industries Berhad is pleased to propose a final tax exempt dividend of 6% or 3 sen per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2014 to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid dividend will be announced at a later date.
