We refer to the announcements made on 21 October 2014, 14 November 2014, 5 January 2015, 12 January 2015, 29 January 2015, 6 February 2015 and 9 February 2015 in relation to Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS, TA Securities wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 26 February 2015:

(i) the number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on 27 February 2015 is 80,000,000 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares; and

(ii) the number of Subdivided Shares to be listed and quoted on 27 February 2015 is 320,000,000 Subdivided Shares pursuant to the Share Split and after taking into account the existing issued and paid-up share capital of the Company consisting of 80,000,000 BHS Shares and the issuance of 80,000,000 Bonus Shares.

For information purposes, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BHS will be 320,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.25 each as at 27 February 2015 pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and Share Split.

The above will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 27 February 2015, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Shares and Share Split on Thursday, 26 February 2015.
