The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 29 April 2015 in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcements dated 29 April 2015, 2 June 2015, 22 June 2015, 30 June 2015 and 6 July 2015 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 10 July 2015, approved the application for an extension of time until 29 July 2015 to despatch the circular to shareholders of BHS in relation to the Proposals pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
