On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an extension of time application in relation to the implementation period of the ESOS pursuant to Paragraph 6.62(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date.

Further announcement will be made upon the receipt of decision from Bursa Securities.
