We refer to the announcement made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS, dated 26 August 2016 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcement”). On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the listing application for the listing of and quotation for up to 61,743,550 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for its approval on even date.
