The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 26 August 2016 in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the announcements dated 26 August 2016, 1 September 2016, 6 September 2016 and 21 September 2016 made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS (“Board”) in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the second (2nd) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.380 each, representing a discount of RM0.019 or approximately 4.76% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of BHS shares up to and including 20 October 2016, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.399.
