The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 26 August 2016 in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the announcements dated 26 August 2016, 1 September 2016, 6 September 2016, 21 September 2016, 10 October 2016, 21 October 2016 and 2 November 2016 made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of BHS (“Board”) in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that a total of 39,221,519 Placement Shares have been placed out in two (2) separate tranches pursuant to the Private Placement, which were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 October 2016 and 3 November 2016, thus marking the completion of the Private Placement. This announcement is dated 3 November 2016. |
