Further to the announcement made on 1 November 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of negotiating with China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Co., Ltd with regard to the terms of the cooperation agreement in relation to the joint venture company.
