The Board of Directors of BHS Industries Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval to change of name of the Company from BHS Industries Berhad to Nextgreen Global Berhad at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced.
