Following the abovementioned appointment, the Remuneration Committees comprise the following:-

1. Thiang Chew Lan – Chairperson (Independent non-Executive Director)
2. Chew Yuit Yoo – Member (Senior Independent non-Executive Director)
3. Dato’ Dr. Koe Seng Kheng – Member (Independent non-Executive Director)
4. Dr. Hidayah Binti Ariffin – Member (Independent non-Executive Director)
