Further to the announcement made on 8 November 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company, IHI Corporation and Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Parties”) are still in the midst of carrying out a study on the feasibility of the business of Empty Fruit Bunch (“EFB”) Pulp, EFB Paper and EFB Pellets including the procurement of EFB and also evaluate the possible collaboration in relation to the development of the Phase 2a and Phase 2b of the Company’s Green Technology Park at Pekan, Pahang.
