Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 December 2018, 18 December 2018, 4 January 2019, 11 January 2019 and 14 January 2019 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the first (1st) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.450 per Nextgreen Share, representing a discount of RM0.049 or approximately 9.82% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 15 February 2019, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.499.
