On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the third (3rd) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.400 each, representing a premium of RM0.023 or approximately 6.100% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen shares up to and including 1 July 2019, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.377.
