On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the fourth (4th) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.400 each, representing a discount of RM0.033 or approximately 7.62% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen shares up to and including 12 July 2019, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.433.
