Change In Financial Year End

Remarks :

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for period of 18 months from 1 July 2018 to 31 December 2019. The change is made pursuant to a request from Koperasi Permodalan Felda Malaysia Berhad, a substantial shareholder of the Company on the ground of its intent to acquire additional interest of up to 10% of the Company's shares in the near future.
