The Board of Directors of Nextgreen Global Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval to adopt a new Constitution of the Company at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened on a date to be announced. The proposed new Constitution will be circulated together with the notice of the extraordinary general meeting to the shareholders of the Company.
