The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 14 October 2019 unless otherwise stated.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 October 2019 and 15 October 2019 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 30 October 2019, approved the listing and quotation of up to 15% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares) pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Private Placement is subject to the following conditions:

1. Nextgreen and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

2. Nextgreen and RHB Investment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and 

3. Nextgreen to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
