The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 14 October 2019 unless otherwise stated. References are made to the announcements dated 14 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 30 October 2019, 1 November 2019 and 19 November 2019 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the first (1st) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.40 per Nextgreen Share, representing a premium of RM0.0023 or approximately 0.58% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 3 January 2020, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.3977.
