Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 28 February 2020. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 28 February 2020.

The Board of Directors of NGGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Parties have incorporated the JV Company by the name, Nextgreen Crowning Package Pulp Molding Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202001007576 (1363896-X)] (“Nextgreen Crowning”) on 2 March 2020. The intended principal activity of Nextgreen Crowning is to carry on the business of manufacturing pulp moulded products from empty fruit bunch and other related products.

The issued share capital of Nextgreen Crowning is RM100.00 comprising 100 ordinary shares. The structure of the shareholdings as below:-

The Directors of Nextgreen Crowning are Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat, Keizo Sako and Wataru Kajiura.
