References are made to the announcements dated 14 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 30 October 2019, 1 November 2019, 19 November 2019, 6 January 2020, 14 January 2020, 6 March 2020, 16 March 2020, 17 March 2020, 24 March 2020, 15 April 2020, 17 April 2020, 18 June 2020, 26 June 2020, 10 July 2020 and 17 July 2020 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the sixth (6th) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.40 per Nextgreen Share, representing a premium of RM0.0512 or approximately 14.68% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 23 July 2020, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.3488.
