On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the seventh (7th) tranche of the Placement Shares has been fixed at RM0.40 per Nextgreen Share, representing a discount of RM0.0106 or approximately 2.65% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 8 September 2020, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.4106.
