On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that a total of 75,625,000 Placement Shares have been placed out in eight (8) separate tranches pursuant to the Private Placement, which were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 15 January 2020, 17 March 2020, 25 March 2020, 29 June 2020, 20 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 18 September 2020 and 2 October 2020.
For shareholders' information, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 17 April 2020, resolved to approve an extension of time up to 30 October 2020 for Nextgreen to complete the Private Placement. In this regard, the Board has decided not to place out any more Placement Shares under the Private Placement and as such this marks the completion of the Private Placement.
