On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 14,500,000 Placement Shares at RM0.40 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 2.18% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 23 November 2020 of RM0.4089, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
