On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 10,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.40 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a premium of approximately 4.52% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 4 February 2021 of RM0.3827, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
