The Board of Directors of Nextgreen wishes to announce that Nextgreen Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. ("NGF"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 November 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute ("MARDI"), related to Evaluation of NexBooster™️ Fertilizer for Rice Cultivation in Malaysia ("Collaboration"). (NGF and MARDI shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party"). Please refer to the attachment for further details.
